• Refunds are processed to the original payment method when possible; timing may vary by provider and bank.
• Taxes, fees, and currency conversions (if any) depend on your location and payment provider.

All course materials are owned by GreenMind and licensed for personal study. Redistribution, resale, public performance, uploading to third-party platforms, and sharing access credentials are prohibited unless explicitly permitted in writing.

• You may download permitted resources for personal offline use where supported by the Service.
• You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a license to host and display it for operating the Service.
• Trademarks, logos, and brand elements remain the property of their respective owners.

We provide content “as is” and “as available” and are not liable for indirect or incidental damages to the extent permitted by law. Your use of gardening techniques, tools, chemicals, or equipment is at your own risk.
